Dr. Melissa Mondala is a doubled boarded specialist in family medicine, lifestyle medicine, and fellowship trained in Integrative Psychiatry and Integrative Medicine. She earned her medical degree from Chicago Medical School at Rosalind Franklin University, along with master's degrees in Biomedical Sciences and Health Administration. Today she is the co-founder of Dr. Lifestyle Clinic, an award winning direct-care autoimmunity practice, and the best selling author of Embody Lifestyle Medicine: How to Build a Successful Direct Care Startup. She has been featured numerous time on social media and local news outlets, multi-award winning @drmelissamondala and international speaker. She is passionate about helping women build sustainable habits that support both body and mind. Dr. Lifestyle is a physician-led integrative primary care clinic in Newport Beach, Orange County, dedicated to supporting individuals with chronic, autoimmune, and complex health concerns. Many of her patients arrive feeling unheard, dismissed, or overwhelmed by ongoing symptoms. Her role is to slow things down, listen carefully, and bring clarity to what’s been confusing and to create care plans that are practical, personalized, and designed for long-term stability—not short-term fixes.
